Your role:
As a Technical Support Professional (Fire & Security),
you will be part of the Software Delivery Support organization within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings business, contributing to customer success through the delivery of responsive, high-quality technical support for Sinteso/Cerberus PRO Fire systems. Your day-to-day activities will include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting customers in the effective use of Siemens Fire solutions, and collaborating closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery and continuous product improvement.
