YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Learning Experience & Content Operations Specialist, based in Milan, you will join Accademia dei Maestri, the Group function dedicated to fostering knowledge transfer and preserving the craftsmanship, expertise, and capabilities that define our brands. Reporting to the Academy Training Manager,
you will play a key role in enabling a seamless and engaging learning experience across the Group by managing digital learning operations, supporting learner journeys, and ensuring the effective administration of our Learning Management System (LMS).
More specifically, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day administration and continuous evolution of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring an efficient and user-friendly learning environment.
- Configure and maintain courses, learning paths, certifications, audiences, enrollments, and learning catalogues to support business and learner needs.
- Support learner journeys through course assignments, learning campaigns, onboarding initiatives, and digital learning programs across the Group.
- Partner with HR teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to coordinate learning operations and drive platform enhancements.
