meeting agreed SLAs and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.The Network Engineer will be responsible for managing the local service from Monday to Friday and will be required to provide on-call support outside normal business hours to handle any incidents requiring immediate intervention at the customer site.As Networking Engineer involved in this managed service NTT team , your main responsibilities will be:Daily Onsite Service;Standard Changes (AP, Switch, etc.
add, move, uninstall) including configuration and handover to Operations;Local troubleshooting including configuration;Break & Fix support;Major Change support;Local spare parts management;Performance testing support;Performance tuning and optimization support;Equipment Configuration Cleaning and Hardening support;Backup / DR testing support;Reporting;Escalating unresolved issues to Central NOC.To be successful in this role we require:Strong communication and customer service skills;Team working and collaborative approach;Eager to learn;Good understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP);Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow);Ability to follow s
