Italy UGC Marketing Coordinator

Educato is seeking a hands-on, native Italian speaker to lead our UGC program in Italy. You will find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram, negotiate rates, onboard talent, and manage campaigns end-to-end.
You’ll work closely with our global GTM team to learn the campaign mechanics and scale the program. Strong organization, clear communication, and fast execution are essential to succeed in this role.
