We are looking for an EE QHSE Manager to lead and drive Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental excellence across our Eastern Europe operations.

Based in Italy, this role is key to ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, maintaining ISO certifications, and supporting operational excellence across the business.
The main objective of this position is to develop and implement the entity's QHSE strategy, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, strengthen safety performance, and continuously improve management systems, customer satisfaction, and environmental outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the entity's Quality, Health, Safety and Environment strategy and initiatives.
- Promote a strong safety culture through active field presence with operations, projects, sales teams, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and internal policies.




- Maintain and manage ISO certifications and support continuous improvement plans.
- Lead incident and accident investigations, define corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Manage QHSE KPIs, including severity and frequency indicators, and report performance to management.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, inspections, and response plans.
- Act as the main coordinator during emergency situations involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify training needs and develop annual Health & Safety and Road Safety training plans.
- Support communication with employees, certification bodies, consultants, customers, and authorities on QHSE matters.
- Contribute to sustainability and ESG initiatives and reporting activities.
