As an HV System Management Consultant in TMC you will have the chance to support automotive vehicle electrification strategy, contributing to the ambitious goal of reaching Net Zero Carbon.
About this vacancy:
Coordinate cross-functional development projects with suppliers and internal teams across the client's EV portfolio.
Support the definition and implementation of next-generation technological solutions, engaging key stakeholders and demonstrating business value.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence within the department.
Work in an international engineering environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing project deliverables.
Develop specialized automotive expertise while growing professionally in a dynamic and innovative context.
What we expect from you:
Master’s Degree in Electronics, Informatics, Electrical, Mechatronics or Automation engineering
Proven working experience in project and supplier management
Good knowledge of vehicle architectures, automotive topics,
Electrified Vehicles and Component development
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and project steering capabilities
Fluency in Italian and English
What you can expect from us:
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €35.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
