What You'll Do
Build content. Create slide decks, instructor-led training (ILT) materials, video scripts, and hands-on lab exercises under the guidance of the Partner Enablement Lead and Head of Partner Enablement.
Support curriculum delivery. Help run and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding for new partners.
Work with SMEs. Sit down with Solution Architects, Developers,
and Professional Services consultants to capture their knowledge and turn it into structured learning content.
Help maintain the training lab. Support the setup, testing, and upkeep of our virtual training lab environment so it stays realistic and reliable for partners.
Support certification. Help build and administer practical exams and track partner certification progress.
Gather feedback. Collect input from partners and internal trainers, and help turn it into concrete content improvements.
What You'll Need
2-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software — as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Technical Trainer, or similar customer-facing/technical role.
Comfort with complex, configurable platforms (FSM, ERP, CRM, EAM, or similar) — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be able to learn the product deeply.
Strong writing and communication skills — you can turn technical detail in
