- Act as the go-to contact for procurement systems and support users across the organization
- Explore new functionalities, test system enhancements, and contribute ideas for procurement process digitalisation and innovation
- Monitor procurement KPIs, analyze performance trends, and provide reporting for data-driven decisions
- Prepare contracts and purchase orders, validate purchasing requests, and process procurement activities accurately and on time
- Build relationships with internal business requesters and support adoption of procurement processes and tools
- Contribute to market research, supplier scouting, sourcing initiatives, and supplier implementation with Category Managers
- Maintain supplier and contract information and identify opportunities to improve procurement performance
Requirements
- Master's degree, equivalent academic background, or comparable professional qualification with additional specialization
- Practical experience supporting procurement tools and guiding users through procurement processes and system-related topics
- Experience transforming complex data into meaningful reports and recommendations
- Ability to collaborate with business functions, IT teams, procurement stakeholders, and suppliers
- Confident SAP MM expertise
- Additional knowledge of SRM, Coupa, EBP, EBCN, Extranet, or ECP
- Strong ownership, root-cause analysis, and results focus
- Knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent local language skills and advanced English proficiency
