Experteer Italy is seeking an Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist to lead the industrialization of new products at the Osimo plant, coordinating with R&D;, Quality, Logistics, and Operations. You will champion Lean and World Class Manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity, ergonomics, and efficiency.
The role involves managing ECNs, collaborating on DFM and FMEA, and deploying best practices across global/local teams. 5–10 years of IE experience in manufacturing is preferred.
