Azienda Anonima, a multinational food company in Tuscany, seeks an R&D; Manager to build a dedicated R&D; capability for pesto, tomato-based sauces, and vegetable products. You will lead innovation, translate consumer insights into new formulations, and drive end-to-end development with internal and external partners.
The role requires hands-on experience in product development, scale-up, and strong knowledge of packaging, regulatory and cost considerations.
