We are looking for an experienced Construction HSE Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance across our utility-scale renewable energy projects.
As Construction HSE Specialist you will support the construction and commissioning of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, initially across Italy and later throughout our international portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HSE professional who is passionate about creating safe working environments and driving a strong safety culture in a fast-growing renewable energy business.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental legislation, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure they meet technical, professional, and HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety assessments to identify risks and verify compliance with HSE standards.
- Review and assess site-specific risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation.
