Job Description:
- You jump start our Italian operations, develop operational excellence and scale our processes across the country
- You lead our expansion into the Italian market and build Italy’s largest business for solar PV installations and affiliated technologies
- You are responsible for growing and managing our business as well as representing Enpal internally and externally
- You are in direct contact and work in close collaboration with Enpal’s C-Level
- Together with our global HQ in Berlin you analyze the country specific industry requirements as well as the competitive landscape and the regulatory framework
- You report on all key metrics to the relevant executives in our global HQ in Berlin
- You monitor all relevant KPIs to create forecasts and business cases and support in developing better scalable systems and processes
- You
