MSX is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Helpdesk Agent to join our team.
As a Technical Helpdesk Agent, you will provide first-line technical support to the dealer network,



helping resolve vehicle-related technical issues and ensuring excellent service levels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
 Providing technical support to dealers via phone and ticketing systems
 Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle-related technical issues
 Escalating complex cases when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up
 Collaborating with internal technical teams and stakeholders
 Supporting dealers in identifying effective solutions and best practices
 Maintaining high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
 Participating in technical training and continuous learning activities
Qualifications
We are looking for a customer-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.
You will also have:
 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
 Fluent Italian and good English langua
