What you'll be doing Discover the Right Problems – Combine direct user evidence with product data, market signals and regulatory insight to frame and validate problems before and during delivery, not only at kick-off.
0→1 Product Leadership – Drive strategy and execution for new payment products and features, from first concept to launch.
Scaling What Works – Take live products beyond launch: grow adoption and activation, expand coverage and use cases, and harden reliability as volumes increase. Treat adoption, reliability, support demand and realised value as product outcomes, not launch metrics.
Consumer-Facing Experience – Own the UX and customer-facing side of payments, ensuring complex financial mechanics are intuitive, transparent and seamlessly integrated into Satispay.
Product Definition & Documentation – Write clear Product Requirements for Engineering and stakeholders, carrying the user's perspective into every decision.
Cross-functional Alignment – Act as a strategic orchestrator across Customer Care, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Legal and FinCrime/Fraud to align priorities around a shared product vision — designing experiences that meet regulatory requirements such as PSD2, SCA and AML rather than working aro
