- University Degree in Engineering
- Manufacturing projects management (”making it happen”): 3-5 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry
- Fluency in English is required. Italian knowledge would be a plus.
- Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, 1° Level, Gross Annual Base Salary €57.500,00.
Position SummaryEnsure implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following the project brief, design specifications and Nestlé standards.
A day in the life of a Packing Engineer:
- Take site constraints into account in the project definition and design
- Fulfill 'engineering' project concept
- Organize project execution
- Mobilize resources (internal & external)
- Ensure the coordination with plant design
- Select and qualify contactors
- Coordinate contractors’ activities
- Ensure Nestlé standards are applied
- Help the Vertical Project Manager to review the Vertical Project brief
- Promote development of environment-friendly and sustainable solutions.
