Job DescriptionA role involves the management of administrative documentation related to calls for tenders of Public Administrations in the ICT sector.

- Study and analysis of calls for tenders and related administrative and technical specifications.
- Verification of required participation requirements.
- Preparation, in agreement with other company functions, of the administrative documentation necessary for participation in the Call for Tenders (RTI, company certifications, endorsements, etc.).
- Preparation of the documentation necessary for the presentation of the technical and economic offer based on the documents from the appropriate functions.
- Participation in official sessions of openings of documentation and offers.
- Preparation of documentation necessary for drafting of appeals.
- Preparation of tender declaration justifications and supporting documentation.
- Request for surety policies through the company functions in charge.
- Search within the company for references to meet the participation requirements.
- Archiving management of all tender documentation.
- Involvement in some of the post-award activities of the Tender.
- Management of portals and ancillary activities to tenders (SDAPA, ANAC, MePA, Supplier Portals, etc.).
Excellent organizational skills, result orientation, precision, and ability to work under deadlines.
