【Job Summary】
Training Management for HONOR West European Market. In charge of the training strategy/planning /execution and ROI evaluation, enhance the retail team sales ability and customer service ability through product knowledge, sales skill,
improve Field Force team’s performance.
【Key Responsibilities】
Regional Training Strategy & Coordination, Coordinate and oversee retail training roadmaps with all countries within the region for products/training skills;
Content Development & Creative Output
- Product Training: Translate complex technical specifications into consumer-friendly selling points and standardized training modules.=
- Multi-Media Content: Design high-impact PPTs and training manuals.
- Video Production: Script, film, and edit training videos and role-play scenarios for digital learning platforms.
Training Delivery & "Train-the-Trainer" (TTT)
- Direct Instruction: Lead high-level training sessions for country-level trainers, store managers, and key account (KA) staff.
- Field Coaching: Conduct regular market visits to audit training effectiveness and provide real-time coaching at the retail shop floor.
