Project Manager
We are seeking highly motivated Project Manager to join our clients growing PMO team. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering critical industrial and cross-functional projects that support the successful launch and scale-up of the Gigafactory.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage projects across engineering, procurement, operations, and supply chain.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation in alignment with company strategy.
- Monitor and control project progress, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and act as a point of coordination between internal and external partners.
- Contribute to building a strong project management culture within the organization.
Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management,
or related fields.
- Proven experience (3-7 years) as a Project Manager in an industrial, energy, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Confluence, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English; Italian proficiency - nice to have
