Role and responsibilities
- Conducing analysis of client business processes and functional requirements;
- Drafting of functional and technical documentation to support development activities;
- Conducting “As-Is” analysis and defining “To-Be” business processes;
- Coordination with the development team for solution implementation;
- Supporting testing phases and production deployment;
- Training materials and delivery of training sessions;
- Knowledge transfer activities for internal teams and junior consultants;
- Collaboration during the proposal phase for new project opportunities;
- End-to-end management of Odoo implementation projects, from kick-off to go-live;
- Planning and monitoring of project activities, budget, and timelines;
- Direct interface with clients to manage expectations and address critical issues;
- Supervision of post go-live support and evolutionary maintenance.
