GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer for Italy, offering remote work within Italy. You will provide Level 2 technical support for solar/PV/BESS products to overseas markets and assist L1 teams with escalated issues while training the L1 team to improve service delivery.
You will collaborate with distribution and installation partners, organize training sessions, and coordinate with R&D; and service teams to position GoodWe as a leading Tier 1 service provider in Europe.
