Leica Microsystems is seeking a Finance Manager, Shared Service Accounting, to strengthen our accounting and reporting framework for Europe, especially Southern Europe. This on-site role in Buccinasco, Milan oversees ledgers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal and leads the accounting team.
You will ensure compliance with local regulations, manage close processes, and deliver meaningful reports to business leaders. The role requires 8+ years in finance, English fluency, and Italian GAAP knowledge.
