To strengthen our team at the 5-star ADLER Dolomiti in Ortisei, Val Gardena, we are looking for a Pastry Commis (f/m/d) starting in autuum 2026.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist in creating ADLER desserts under the supervision of the Pastry Chef.
- Support in the preparation of plated desserts, single-portion pastries, and classic and modern cakes for buffets.
- Work with high-quality ingredients.

Your Talents
- Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry.
- Good command of Italian, English, and preferably German.
- A warm, guest-focused personality with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for your craft and a desire to showcase and develop your skills.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues.
- Responsible handling of ingredients and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP regulations, alongside your passion for your work.
