Freelance AV TechnicianConverso is a system integrator that designs and delivers technical and digital solutions for multilingual and digital events: from audio/video management to real-time content distribution, including remote interpreting services, AI translation, and live accessibility. If you are a freelance technician with audio/video and networking skills, you can apply to join our collaborator network. What you will do
- Setup and configuration of audio/video systems and IP networks at event venues
- Live operational support during multilingual events
- Testing and validation of audio/video streams and streaming services
- Integration and support for translation and subtitle delivery via web app
- Collaboration with development teams to optimise technical workflows
Ideal profile
- Basic competence in IT, audio/video, and networking technologies
- Strong interest in digital technologies and integrated solutions (live & cloud)
- Curiosity about AI platforms applied to events and interpreting
- Proactivity, hands-on attitude, and problem-solving orientation
- Availability to work both at the hub and at external event venues
- You don't need to be an expert in every protocol or tool (e.g. Dante, NDI, SRT, audio mixers): what matters most to us is a technical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn
