Key Account Manager EMEA (m/f/d)
Intercable Automotive Solutions is an industry‑leading provider of high‑voltage busbars and interconnect solutions. We have a rich history of engineering innovation, from the first market‑ready technology for high‑voltage busbars in 2012 to the first factory specialized in busbar manufacturing with high expandable capacity and high‑tech capabilities.

This role focuses on managing all commercial aspects of the customer relationship—ensuring revenue targets are met, opportunities are maximized, and customer satisfaction remains high. The KAM acts as the primary commercial contact for customers, contributing to the broader IAS growth strategy.

Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for assigned OEM and Tier 1 accounts
- Develop and implement regional account strategies aligned with global sales objectives




- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new leads
- Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, terms) in line with company guidelines
- Monitor account performance, manage demand forecasting, and support sales planning
- Ensure timely resolution of commercial issues while fostering long‑term partnerships

Qualifications
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic mindset and analytical capabilities
- Willingness to travel and ability to work in an international environment
- Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
