About the Role

YIBI Hantang is looking for a Brand Manager based in Milan to support international fashion and lifestyle brands exploring category extension and growth opportunities in China.

This role sits at the intersection of brand identity, product, lifestyle positioning, and market development.

Responsibilities
- Assess brand positioning and potential lifestyle-extension opportunities.
- Support projects involving fashion, fragrance, beauty, accessories, and lifestyle categories.
- Provide insights into Italy fashion brands, product culture, and consumer trends.
- Help evaluate whether new categories are consistent with a brand's existing identity.
- Support strategic discussions with international brand teams.

Profile
- Experience in fashion, brand management, product marketing, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong sensitivity to product, design, and brand identity.
- Experience with international or premium brands is preferred.
- Understanding of Italy fashion and design culture is highly valued.

Remote, contract-based and project-oriented.
