In our mechanical engineering sector we develop innovative machinery for rebar processing in close cooperation with every customer. The successful implementation of the projects is based on qualified consulting, technical know-how as well as professional installation, on-site training and ongoing customer support.
Your responsibilities:
- You independently carry out maintenance and repair assignments and provide training to customer personnel whenever required
- On site, you analyse technical issues, identify their root causes and resolve them independently
- You document your work in detailed service reports and keep your team in Bressanone informed at all times
- Between customer assignments, you support the service team in Bressanone with tasks such as hotline support and spare parts preparation
Your skills:
- Training in metalwork, mechanical engineering, mechanics, or mechatronics - alternatively several years of experience as a technician, mechanic, or similar role
- Willingness to travel (mainly within the German-speaking countries)
- Good knowledge of the German language
