Danaher seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead multi-country payrolls across EMEA. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and risk management while guiding harmonization and payroll system improvements. The role reports to the Payroll Manager-EMEA and offers remote work arrangements.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business with 7+ years in payroll, and deep knowledge of ADP, Workday, and SAP within a multi-country environment. Fluency in English is plus.
