We’re looking for a Renewals Specialist who is organized, commercially minded, curious, and passionate about creating a great customer experience.
In this role, you’ll own the renewal process from planning through completion, working closely with Customer Success and Growth teams to retain customers, identify opportunities, and support our revenue goals.

What You’ll Do
- Own and support the full B2Gnow subscription renewal process, including license management, documentation, stakeholder coordination, timelines, commercial negotiations, price increases, RFPs, invoice authorizations, and risk management.
- Lead renewal forecast discussions and proactively identify accounts that may be at risk.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers and Growth Managers to achieve Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) goals.
- Monitor customer consumption and product usage against contractual entitlements to identify opportunities for expansion and additional value.
- Connect customers with Growth Managers when additional products, services, or licenses may agevolazioni their organization.
- Help develop and implement renewal best practices across the team.
- Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce data so our teams have the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Support customers across multiple B2Gnow solutions as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the renewal process.
