Product Manager - Supply Chain Due Diligence & Responsible Business Practices (m/f/d)
In this role you drive the development and growth of sustainability and due diligence services within the Business Assurance team. You act as a subject matter expert on due diligence regulations and responsible business practices, supporting audits, supplier evaluations, and cross-functional initiatives. You’ll collaborate with sales and international teams to ensure service excellence in a dynamic, global market. - Create and maintain assessment methodologies, audit protocols, tools, and guidance
- Act as subject matter expert on due diligence regulations and responsible business practices
- Support auditor qualification, training, and competence development
- Lead or participate in audits, assessments, supplier evaluations, and gap analyses
- Provide technical support for customer projects, proposals, and strategic accounts
- Collaborate with sales on presentations, workshops, and business development
- Monitor regulatory developments, market trends, and customer needs
- Work with cross-functional and international teams to ensure service excellence and portfolio growth
- 3-5 years in Supply Chain Due Diligence, Sustainability, ESG, Responsible Sourcing, Social Compliance, Auditing, Risk Management, or Compliance
- Experience conducting audits, assessments, supplier evaluations, or compliance reviews
- Strong knowledge of supply chain due diligence frameworks and regulations (EUDR, EUBR, FLR, LkSG, CSDDD, OECD Due Diligence Guidance)
