Zrg Careers is seeking an HR Generalist to lead the full employee lifecycle for our Italian entity, based on-site in Bolzano. You will own recruitment, onboarding, relations, compliance, payroll liaison, and HRIS data accuracy while partnering with the Regional HR Manager to align with group policies.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a generalist HR role in Italy, strong Italian labor law knowledge, fluent Italian and professional English, and a hands-on, autonomous approach.
