CM5M is looking for someone who can turn strategies, briefs and creative thinking into well-organised projects, high-quality deliverables and clients who always know what happens next.
We are not looking for someone who simply keeps tasks updated. We need a mid-level Marketing Project Manager who can own the flow of the work: setting priorities, assigning responsibilities, coordinating people and suppliers, anticipating problems and taking projects from the initial request to final delivery.
About CM5MCM5M is an independent marketing and communications agency based in Florence.
We work with food, hospitality, lifestyle and B2B companies, building tailored projects that bring together strategy, copywriting, design, content, SEO and paid media.
Today, we coordinate a team of around ten professionals and a trusted specialist network, managing 18 active assignments and predominantly long-term client relationships. Selected clients include Savini Tartufi, Villa Cora, Torre a Cona,
Pasta Tirrena and ROSSS.
What you will do:
- Plan activities, deadlines, priorities and workloads across multiple projects.
- Turn client briefs and requests into clear plans, responsibilities and timelines.
- Coordinate copywriters, designers, account managers, external collaborators and suppliers.
- Review the quality and consistency of materials before presentations and delivery.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with selected clients, including meetings, feedback and approvals.
- Coordinate shoots, productions and external suppliers from planning to delivery.
- Identify risks, delays and bottlenecks before they become problems.
- Contribute to reporting, budget control and margin monitoring.
- Spot opportunities to develop existing accounts and help turn them into well-defined proposals.
- Improve processes and tools without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
