Retail Sales Associate ResponsibilitiesAs a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T; products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment
- Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening
- Educate customers on AT&T; wireless products, devices, plans, and services
- Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions
