We're looking for a Compliance Operations Associate to join our Compliance team and support the risk-based review of business customer onboarding across Latin America (Brazil, Colombia and Mexico). This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys investigating cases, reviewing corporate documentation, managing a high-volume queue, and producing clear, evidence-based recommendations. You will report directly to Compliance leadership and work closely with Sales Ops, Fraud, and Credit while preserving Compliance's independent assessment.
Analyze cases within the Risk Pipeline, reviewing KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, corporate structures, Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO), legal representatives, and powers of attorney.
Review the evidence available in ClarOps, identifying inconsistencies, missing documentation, and information that requires further validation.
Assess relevant alerts and inputs from Fraud and Credit while
