Investment Associate - Digital Infrastructure
We’re working exclusively with a leading pan-European digital infrastructure platform who are building out an Investment team and are looking to hire an Associate to join their growing platform. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly strategic role working across cross-border investments, acquisitions, and development initiatives.
About the Role:
Sitting within the Investment team and reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer, the role is at the heart of the business — supporting investment decisions, expansion strategy, and corporate development initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business on high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain complex financial models for acquisitions and follow-on investments
- Lead underwriting and returns analysis across data centre campuses
- Assist with M&A;, strategic forecasting,
and business planning
- Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders, including the board
- Support corporate development and financing transactions as required
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years’ experience in M&A;, or Private Equity. Prior exposure to Digital Infrastructure/Data Centres is highly desirable.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Background in data centres, real estate, or private equity preferred
- Conversational Italian is essential; additional European languages a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Management, or related fields
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills
- Eligibility to Work in the EU.
