Your Role
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated Direct Field Sales Manager Germany (m/f/d) who is passionate about presenting our product portfolio and winning new customers for our AI-driven solutions.

You will act as a key link between ReGuest and our prospective customers by building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals.

Your Responsibilities

New Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify, approach,

and acquire new hotel customers within your sales territory.

Consulting & Product Presentations: Present our SaaS solutions to hoteliers, focusing on the value our products bring to guest communication and sales.

Building Long-Term Relationships: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sustainable growth.

Negotiations & Closing: Prepare tailored proposals, conduct price negotiations, and successfully close contracts.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Trade Shows & Events: Represent ReGuest at industry events and trade shows to expand our network and generate new leads.

What We Expect

Sales Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally within the tourism, SaaS, or technology industry.
