OverviewThe Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a Welcome Services Coordinator, based at The Mall Firenze (FI), Italy, and reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.
How you will contribute
- Supervise daily operations and provide feedback to every member of the team, in order to deliver an excellent customer service
- Manage planning, shifts and holidays of the Welcome Lounge team
- Ensure every member of the team maintains adequate standards of grooming and acts accordingly to company policies, contributing to the creation of a positive work environment
- Manage staff uniforms and IT equipment
- Manage talent performance and conduct one-to-one meetings according to HR guidelines
- Contribute to the enhancement of the services already available and promote the development of new ones in order to enrich the customer experience
- Act as the touch-point for clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets, welcoming them and acting as personal shopper on request
- Track individual travelers and groups, using The Mall Luxury Outlets digital tools
- Ensure that client requests received via email and phone are promptly followed up, liaising with Tourism Marketing Team
- Liaise with TMLO partners to ensure the best services standards are met
- Monitor In-Mall image and its consistency with TMLO guidelines, updating the Marketing team on a periodic basis
- Promote and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, contributing to the storytelling of merchandising and tracking sales and client feedback
- Contribute to the development of The Mall Luxury Outlets loyalty program, engaging clients in subscription and points accumulation, and managing rewards redemption
Who you are
- Passionate about luxury hospitality
- An organized, yet flexible multi-tasking person
- A team leader with at least 4 years of guest services experience, preferably in a luxury environment, capable of managing a big team
- A professional with proven relational skills
- A fluent English and Italian speake
