Cytiva in Italy is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll operations across the EMEA region. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and process improvements while partnering with regional stakeholders.
You will drive harmonization, support system upgrades, and maintain payroll records and reporting. A Bachelor's in accounting or business and 5+ years' multi-country payroll experience are required, with English proficiency and strong analytical skills.
