Senior MOEM Sales Engineer

Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Senior MOEM Sales Engineer who will be responsible for managing and growing the OEM business across the provinces of Modena, Parma, Reggio Emilia, and Bologna.
As a Senior MOEM Sales Engineer, you will act as a strategic, quota‑carrying commercial leader responsible for driving business growth by aligning customer objectives with high‑value, tailored solutions. You will leverage deep industry knowledge and a consultative selling approach to clearly communicate the differentiated value of Eaton’s portfolio and demonstrate how our solutions enable customers to achieve faster, more efficient, and more sustainable outcomes.
In this role you will lead complex sales cycles and coordinate cross‑functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs, champion the adoption of Eaton’s digital ecosystem, identify and develop new growth opportunities within existing key accounts and prospective customers, and support channel partners and agencies to expand business through the channel.
What you’ll do:
- Lead prospecting activities, including lead generation and qualification
- Conduct thorough needs discovery and opportunity qualification
- Develop and execute account plans for strategic customers
- Design tailored offers and manage quotation processes
- Present and demonstrate solutions to customers
- Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals
- Ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions
- Monitor pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and maintain CRM accuracy
- Conduct deal reviews, business reviews, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support channel partners and agencies to drive business growth
- Ensure consistent administration and compliance with sales processes
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical background)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in OEM
