Danaher in Italy is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance and risk management.
You will own payroll calculations, regulatory interpretation, data integrity and system harmonisation, collaborating with HR, finance and vendors, while enabling remote work and a competitive benefits package.
The role reports to Payroll Manager- EMEA within Corporate and offers 10% premio and flexible working hours.
