About the roleIn TDSYNNEX we are looking for an Internal sales specialized in Security solutions, with strong preference about all PALO ALTO NETWORKS solutions, operating within Security Business Unit, responsible for managing the following processes of offer creation, orders processing end to end, from stock checking and allocation, orders shipping to partners, exploiting internal tools and processes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build excellent resellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge, subject to clear managerial direction
- Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers.
- Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company
- Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities
- Manages reporting and customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in “intelligent project fishing”
- Either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
- Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers
- Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as customer engagement
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
- Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling
