MISSIONEnsure efficient management of network orders by monitoring order flow, coordinating cross-functional activities and maintaining alignment between Customer Orders Management, MSM, MRP, Network Nodes and Supply Chain functions, guaranteeing on-time execution and customer satisfaction.
KEY ACTIVITIES
- Manage network orders from creation to closure,
ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
- Monitor order progress across operational systems and network platforms.
- Coordinate activities related to Customer Orders Management and service provisioning.
- Interface with MSM and MRP processes to ensure consistency between demand, planning and execution.
- Support network nodes in the execution of operational requests and order fulfillment activities.
- Identify and manage order exceptions, delays, bottlenecks and escalation scenarios.
- Ensure data consistency across order management and planning systems.
- Provide visibility on order status, priorities, risks and recovery actions.
- Coordinate with MSM, Logistics and Quality functions when material availability impacts order execution.
- Support prioritization activities in case of resource or network constraints.
- Monitor service levels and operational KPIs related to order execution.
