Danaher is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead multi-country payroll operations across EMEA. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing, while driving harmonization and system improvements across regions.
Reporting to Payroll Manager- EMEA, this role supports remote work arrangements and collaborates with global HR and finance to implement standardized payroll workflows. A deep knowledge of ADP/Workday/SAP and statutory requirements is essential.
