The Opportunity
The Assistant Campus Director supports the daily operations of the campus while helping deliver an exceptional experience for students, faculty, and community partners. This position plays a key role in student recruitment, retention, advising, and campus communications while building strong relationships with civilian and military organizations. The Assistant Campus Director serves as a campus leader and assumes responsibility for campus operations in the absence of the Campus Director and/or Associate Campus Director, ensuring University policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently maintained.

This position plays a key role in student recruitment, retention, advising, and campus communications while building strong relationships with civilian and military organizations.



The Assistant Campus Director serves as a campus leader and assumes responsibility for campus operations in the absence of the Campus Director and/or Associate Campus Director, ensuring University policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily administrative and operational activities of the campus and serve as acting campus leadership when needed.
- Promote University programs and services through recruitment activities, college fairs, community outreach, military briefings, and other marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with local civilian organizations, military representatives, and Education Services Officers.
- Provide student services including academic advising, counseling, unofficial evaluations, degree mapping, and student account follow‑up.
