We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Piemonte team. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic consultant for our restaurant partners, using data-driven insights and industry knowledge to lead their growth and manage brand relationships across the Italian market.

You’ll be joining the Italian Account Management team. We are a passionate,
dynamic group of team players focused on offering premium consultancy to our top brands by collaborating across marketing, operations, and product departments.
Strategic Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as a primary point of contact for the network in your region.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance metrics, sharing data-led insights with partners to identify growth opportunities and improve satisfaction.
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company goals, improving financial performance and our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty, impacting both absolute performance and relative financial metrics.
Manage and control the perimeter P&L;, identifying potential financial risks and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
