What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Compliance Operations Associate to join our Compliance team and support the risk-based review of business customer onboarding across Latin America (Brazil, Colombia and Mexico). This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys investigating cases, reviewing corporate documentation, managing a high-volume queue, and producing clear, evidence-based recommendations. You will report directly to Compliance leadership and work closely with Sales Ops, Fraud, and Credit while preserving Compliance’s independent assessment.
- Analyze cases within the Risk Pipeline, reviewing KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, corporate structures, Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO), legal representatives, and powers of attorney.
- Review the evidence available in ClarOps, identifying inconsistencies, missing documentation, and information that requires further validation.
