We are looking for an Associate Sales Process Specialist to support our sales team through key administrative and operational activities, including quote generation, order processing and booking, and pre- and post-sales support. Responsibilities
- Support pre- and post-sales activities to ensure customers meet Test, Inspection and Certification (TIC) requirements and product or service adoption timelines.
- Work within established procedures and under supervision to prepare and share quotes using standardized pricing tools.
- Ensure customer follow-up activities are scheduled and support the conversion of quotes into orders.
- Support sales teams by performing administrative tasks, including but not limited to data management, documentation, and customer support activities.
- Connect customers with the appropriate UL personnel, including Account Managers, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams, and engineers, as needed.
- Track account history and gather data from internal systems,
as requested by account owners and representatives, to support account planning and opportunity identification.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and ensure customers receive accurate and timely information.
- Meet established timelines for pre- and post-sales activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Up to 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business and sales processes.
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of UL Solutions' products and services to support quote generation and customer requests.
- Experience working with internal systems and managing data accurately.
- Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
