EDITION Rome is seeking a dedicated kitchen steward to support our busy culinary area. You will operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, wash and disinfect all surfaces, and help maintain orderly storerooms while following safety policies.
Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and ensuring all wares are stored properly. The role is non-management, full-time, on-site, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
