PRINCIPLE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Greet patrons entering the facility, answer questions, take registrations for programs, sell memberships and process requests for facility reservations. Provide receipts for monies received.
- Handle customer service inquiries and related problems.
- Be completely knowledgeable of all High Blue & Recreation programs and services to answer questions and/or channel calls to the proper administrative and support staff.
- Give tours of the building and facilities to anyone that may be a potential member or renter.
- Assist administrative staff with maintenance of all pass-holder records.
- Assist in training new staff members.
- Knowledge of computer functions including computer entries of program participants, pass participants, reservations and cash register.
- Assist administrative staff with mailings and special promotions.
- Assist in building cleanliness, rental/program set-ups and clean-ups when needed.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
