Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, user-centric interfaces.
- Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging experiences.
- Build scalable frontend solutions that prioritise performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the creation, evolution, and governance of shared design systems.
- Ensure frontend implementations meet non-functional requirements such as performance, accessibility, and security.
- Review code, provide constructive feedback,
and promote frontend best practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in architecture, workflows, and development processes.
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay up to date with emerging frontend trends and continuously improve product quality.
Technical Skills and Experience
- Strong professional experience as a Senior Frontend Developer . At least 7 years of experience overall.
- Hands‑on experience with React, Vue, or Angular .
- Solid understanding of state management techniques .
- Proven experience building and maintaining Design Systems .
- Strong grasp of UX principles and frontend performance optimisation.
- Experience working with data‑driven interfaces and visualisation techniques.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
- Clear and confident communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
