You will be:
serving as the senior technical authority for the Salesforce AMS landscape, providing architectural direction and ensuring the overall technical integrity of the platform,
leading L3 technical escalations, driving structured root-cause analysis and overseeing the resolution of complex production issues and problem records,
providing architectural governance and technical oversight for AMS-originated changes,
